About Us

Ad Terram Consulting was developed to provide essential land use and mapping services for small communities and organizations that lack this type of expertise in-house. We offer support with years of experience and a deep knowledge of the needs of these smaller entities.

No frills. No heavy overhead costs. Just a personal connection and a desire to help you navigate the red tape, or build the red tape as the case may be.

Owner/Principal Ryan Wells, AICP, CFM

Ryan Wells has over 20 years’ experience in land use and management, urban planning, GIS-based mapping and map making, and public engagement. Having worked in the non-profit, private, and public sectors, he has first-hand knowledge of the needs of each and how they interact.
